COCKTAIL PARTY PICTURES AND FOOD DISPLAY IDEAS FOR HOME PARTIES

You can have a cocktail station set up in an area of your home and a fun twist is to have your own signature drink as an option to your guests. Adding floral arrangements, tea-lights and funky decor accents that can be found inexpensively at one of my favorite stores, HOME GOODS! or I am sure you have colorful bowls around the house where you can add colored water with floating candles. It is best to use what you have already. Decide if you would like to move furniture around to make your home feel more like a lounge then a home. You can do cocktails and hor dourves or a seat down dinner. If you have a seat down dinner be sure to have food that is lite so your guests do not get tired after they eat. Make sure courses are not rushed and take breaks. You can possibly have waitstaff come to the house and a bartender so you can enjoy your own party!. Also as a cute way to end the party is to give out thank you gifts. You can do save the date favor where you are letting your guests know of your next cocktail party if this is something you would like to do often or you can simply give a thank you for attending gift.
