LIST OF WETV WEDDING SHOWS

I would like to touch base on one of two favorite TV channels that has everything to do with real life events. It is weTV (i.e. Women's Entertainment TV). This is one of my secret obsessions. I just can't get enough of of weTV. With out further a do, here is a listing of my favorite weTV show listings that have to do with weddings and event planning.

• Amazing Wedding Cakes-You get to see the incredible world of a baker and the process it takes to create lavish wedding cakes,from the time they meet their client, how they go about creating an amazing unique design, hearing the love story of the client that inspires the creation and see how the vision comes to life, highlighting all the ups and downs along the way. • Bridezillas-This show has become a hit. It shows real Brides during their wedding planning process however go to the EXTREME, yes I must bold that word and put it in caps. You will see the varies mood swings a bride can have from meltdowns, confrontations with bridal party and family members, and shocking explodes. Do you have one in your life? • The Cupcake Girls- This show is fairly new. It is two ladies that are best friends that go into business together. It shows how they run their cupcake business, the ups, downs and the completion as well as tests their friendship strength. I love to watch it as it provides me with a new appreciation for how hard vendors work to please their clients. Plus who doesn't love a cupcake? They are becoming more popular to have all life events.
• Girl Meets Gown-This is another new show on weTV. It shows behind-the-scenes of a bridal salon in the Dallas area called Starduct. You will see how real bride's will go to great lengths to get their dream gown. Check out my hub on HOW TO PICK THE PERFECT BRIDAL DRESS FOR YOU!
• My Fair Wedding-This is an amazing show for Bride's-to-be to watch. I had the pleasure to meet David Tutera in New Jersey. He did a wonderful presentation and had a book signing. His revision of a bride's vision really is spectacular from the dress, the flowers, even the icing on the cake! He literally changes everything in a matter of three weeks prior to the wedding. He is an expert that has many available vendors to assist him along the way. We can not think he is the only one that makes magic. It takes alot of hands and talent to create something so fabulous. • Platinum Weddings- This tops the cake with all the shows. I love design and seeing a client's vision come to life. This show has extraordinary weddings with people that do not have a budget. No request of the bride or groom is unattainable. It is like a dream come true for any bride-to-be. • Rich Bride Poor Bride-This show is great for judging how your budget should be broken down. WeTV follows a couple and their wedding planner to give them the wedding of their dreams and stay within budget. It shows what happens when costs over power expectations. A new showing coming soon in June 2011, is Amsale girls. I am very much so looking forward to seeing this designer. There are wonderful gowns for must budgets and in all styles. They have adorable little white gowns which is short bridal gowns for those non-traditional girls.

Be sure to watch some of the weTV wedding shows. It will teach you alot and help a ton when planning your wedding and you can even take the advice learned and apply it to your future life events.
