We have many posts about weddings and can not forget one of the best parts of planning. That is planning the honeymoon. The time where you treat yourselves to a traditional newlywed holiday. Although many couples are excited about the wedding, some are even more excited once it is over so they can have their own time together for a few days.

In this hub, I wanted to share with you honeymoon destination retreats around the world. Some I have been and others I have not. I always reference to Trip Advisor for the best resource on real photos and experiences from vacationers around the world. In fact, 25 plus million users trust Trip Advisor. I have chosen the ones with very good high ratings and great photos that meet my taste. I am very particular where I stay when I go on vacation. I will touch base on the regions i.e. Africa, America, Asia, and Europe.

Activity for Africa honeymooners is a photo safari in search of the wildlife, hiking, fishing, golf, hot air ballooning, fantastic dining, winery tours, whitewater rafting for anyone. They also say to spend a few nights in a tented safari camp to experience the sounds of the African bush. This is definitely for the adventurous kind!

♥Places to go on a Honeymoon in America, Central America, and Mexico

• Florida- Walt Disney World for the "kids" at heart. Check out video.
• Nevada- Las Vegas Strip for those that love shopping, dining and nightlife. Place to stay is Cosmopolitan Hotel. I visited there in March and absolutely loved it.

• Aruba, Costa Rica, Cabo San Lucas, Punta Cana, Puerto Vallarta- Riu Hotels with all inclusive service. I highly recommend their hotels for your honeymoon and/or vacation getaway. You will not be disappointed by the luxury hotel rooms and service.
