I have incorporated in this hub ways to have a gold wedding. Gold is a beautiful color and it has a wonderful meaning. It symbolizes wealth and also the symbol of good health. People who favor the color gold are optimistic.

Some ideas I pondered over were the food, table scape, beverages, and extra entertainment. I love to see surprises when I attend a wedding. When reviewing what venue you would like to have your wedding at, you should first consider what you would like to have at your wedding. There are many venues out there that are strict with what you can bring in and what they can actually serve. It is best to have a number of questions prepared and be focused on getting all the answers. Vendors tend to "yes" you to death and then weeks adding up to the big day they change their tune. There are many unique ideas out there to incorporate gold. I have found some that I thought had a "wow" factor such as edible gold paint, gold desserts, entrees with yellow gold color food, and champagne. For entertainment, it would be wonderful to have live percussion during intermezzo. A saxophone is my personal favorite. It is also nice to have a few additional surprises such as a gold cigar stand and wait staff walking around painted in gold during cocktail hour.
