VERA WANG INSPIRED BRIDAL SHOWER THEME
76VERA WANG INSPIRED:
A Bridal Shower palette to inspire you. This palette has shades of pink, purple, and ivory. If you are the mother of the bride, maid of honor, or bridesmaid and don't know where to start this hub should be able to give you an insight on your "To-Do" list.
GUEST LIST:
First, start off by making a guest list. If you are throwing the shower and may not have all the guests details I believe it is okay to ask the bride for a list with names, mailing addresses, phone numbers and/or email addresses. She is well aware a shower will occur but will not know any other details. It is best to include a telephone number and email address in a RSVP when sending your invitations as I have noticed many individuals wait till the deadline date to call. I believe shyness can be a factor aside from hectic work and family schedules. There are many people that use the Internet on a daily basis which may led to quicker responses.
VENUE SEARCH:
Second, you will decide the location. You can look into local vendors that have private party rooms. They tend to have a nice pre-fix menu with additional options at reasonable prices or you may decide to have it at the home of the mother of the bride or a bridesmaid's home. The bridal party can chip in with food, beverages, desserts, decorations, etc. If you like, you can hire staff, cater food and rental equipment to ensure a smooth day occurs. This allows you to enjoy the day as well as be a guest instead of hostess.
INVITATIONS:
Next, you will search for a bridal shower invitation that will set the mode for what is expected at the shower, whether it is the color palette, theme, etc. In my palette I picked an elegant lilac invitation with a bride design. It is simple, yet chic. I found it on Wedding Paper Divas Wedding Invitations & Bridal Shower Invitations . They have alot to choose from. Allow the deadline for R.S.V.P to be two weeks prior to the event. Advise your guests with an additional sentence or insert card should you have a particular wishing well i.e. stock the bar, recipes, etc.
DECOR & THANK YOU:
Finally, you will decide on the small details i.e. centerpieces, seating cards, menu cards, favors, photos to display, games, etc. A few items we displayed are found on our shop at BellaMevents.theaspenshops.com and the link to the lovely candle is VERA WANG Floral Bouquet Classic Candle . As always we hope the photos and information has inspired you while planning an elegant shower.
